Jeffrey (Jeff) Roos is a Regional President of Lennar Corporation. Jeff is responsible for overseeing the homebuilding operations in the Western Region. Jeff joined Lennar in January 1996. He started and managed Lennar's Orange County Division, which was the foundation for Lennar's expansion in California.
Jeff has been involved in the homebuilding and construction industry for more than 35 years. Prior to joining Lennar, Jeff headed Bramalea California, Inc. and was responsible for the homebuilding activities, financial restructuring and subsequent sale of the company's Southern California Division to Lennar in 1996. Previously, Jeff was a Senior Vice President in charge of operations for Marlborough Development Corporation in Los Angeles, California and was a Vice President of Operations at Richmond American Homes.
Jeff helped found the Lennar Charitable Housing Foundation (LCHF) in 2001 which serves as a financial vehicle to assist homebuilders with the opportunity to help meet our country's significant homeless problem and allows homeowners to provide funds to support organizations that assist the transitionally homeless. LCHF has evolved into the Homeful Foundation and was the inspiration and business model for Homes for Homes of Australia. Jeff also serves on the Boards of numerous charitable organizations serving a variety of needs.
