Liesel Cooper, Regional President at Dream Finders Homes, has had a long history of success spanning 36 years in the homebuilding industry, having served in prominent positions for several national builders.

Former National President at Century Communities, Liesel brings a wealth of experience to the table. With a diverse background spanning land acquisition, land development, land entitlement, construction, purchasing, product development, sales, corporate marketing, customer service functions, and finance—resulting in over $3 billion in revenue for the company in 2022 while delivering just over 6,600 homes. 

After Cooper joined Century Communities in 2014, the company successfully made the transition to a public homebuilder, kicking off a period of rapid growth marked by a series of strategic acquisitions. As a result, Century Communities has been a top 10 US homebuilder for five years running, specializing in everything from single-family homes to townhomes, paired homes and condos in regions from coast to coast.

Prior to her tenure with Century Communities, Cooper oversaw 15,000 home closings across 13 states and 25 divisions as Senior Vice President at MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes. Before that, she was Regional President at KB Home and Regional President at Meritage Homes. She even ran her own business: Cooper Residential Holdings.
