HONORING OUTSTANDING LEADERS 

The California Homebuilding Foundation (CHF) Hall of Fame Award, presented annually, was established to honor and pay tribute to outstanding leaders in our industry, and to raise funds benefiting the Foundation’s charitable mission in the areas of research and scholarships.

Over the past 24 years, 170 men and women have been recognized for their contributions that have resulted in the long-term advancement of homebuilding, construction, development, marketing, finance, or related services within the building industry in California. Honorees are also recognized for their contributions to civic, social, and philanthropic organizations in their communities.

Each year we are proud to present a distinguished list of Honorees whose selection and recognition by their peers is unmatched. Each honoree has been an active and supportive member of their local Building Industry Association, depicting characteristics and qualities that make them leaders: innovation, creativity, focus on customer service and quality.
