INVESTING IN PEOPLE

At the California Homebuilding Foundation (CHF), your individual success and the improvement of the building industry workforce is our core principle. We are dedicated to our mission of encouraging lifelong learning by developing and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The California Homebuilding Foundation has been offering courses, seminars and workshops since 1982. Our programs are designed with a professional development emphasis to enable individuals to acquire knowledge, training and skills which can be used in the work force and to assist individuals in exploring their full potential.

Formal admission is not required; however, course prerequisites (if any) must be met. Classes are offered in various locations throughout California.

As a self-supporting educational unit of the building industry, CHF receives no community funding. Fees collected for each class cover instruction and administrative costs.

CHF instructors are chosen for their in-depth knowledge and expertise in a specific subject. CHF instructors are highly regarded practitioners on the leading edge of their profession.

Whether you're interested in exploring just one course or enrolling in an entire designation program, CHF is here every step of the way to ensure you find the center of your success.
